Cookies we may set

Strictly necessary (always active)

wordpress_* / wordpress_logged_in_* — WordPress session / login state (only for logged-in users). Session.
cmplz_* — records your cookie-consent choices. 365 days.
PHPSESSID — technical session identifier. Session.

These are essential for the site to operate.

Functional (consent required)

Remember preferences like language, display settings, or content you've seen.

Analytics (consent required)

If activated: Google Analytics (_ga, _gid) and, where deployed, Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk) for session replay and heatmaps. These set anonymised or hashed identifiers and are not used to identify you individually.

Advertising / marketing (consent required)

If activated: Google Ads conversion tracking, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel (where deployed). We use these only to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. We do NOT share advertising-cookie data with third parties for their own marketing.

Third-party embeds

If a page embeds content from YouTube, Vimeo, Calendly, etc., those services may set their own cookies when the embed loads. We load these embeds only after consent for the relevant category is given.

Managing your cookies

First visit: our cookie banner asks for your choice — Accept all, Reject all, or Manage preferences.
Change your mind: click the cookie-settings link in the footer at any time.
Browser settings: you can also clear or block cookies via your browser. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.

If you reject non-essential cookies, we set a suppression cookie (strictly-necessary category) so we don't re-prompt you within 365 days.

Do Not Track

I Am Marketing honours explicit opt-out signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a rejection of non-essential cookies.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least annually and whenever we change our use of cookies. The live cookie list is maintained by our Cookie Management Platform (Complianz) and scanned automatically.
