No. Every engagement is a fixed-price, fixed-scope, fixed-timeline package paid in full at checkout. If you need ongoing work after a package is delivered, we'll scope and quote that separately.
Fixed. The price you see is the price you pay. If you want to add something outside the original scope, we'll quote it separately before touching it. No surprise invoices.
Yes. We work with founders across Australia. All of our work is done remotely. If you're Brisbane-based and want to meet in person, we can arrange that too.

The brief at /brief/{your package}, which unlocks once payment clears. It covers your business, audience, competitors, and what good looks like. About 20 minutes. That's all we need to start.
Homepage Fix: 48 hours. Quick Site: 5 working days. Growth Site: 10 working days. Authority Build: 15 working days. Timelines start from the date your brief is submitted and payment is cleared.
Each package includes a defined round of revisions, detailed in the scope. We don't do unlimited rounds because it slows everything down and usually produces worse outcomes. We ask for consolidated, clear feedback and we move fast on it.
We share work via a staging link or review document. You give feedback in writing. We don't run meetings to present work. You see it, you review it, you tell us what needs to change. That keeps things fast.
The timeline pauses. We work with multiple clients simultaneously and can't hold a project slot open indefinitely. If a project goes quiet for more than 14 days without contact, we'll reschedule it to the next available slot.
Card payment in full at checkout via Stripe. That's it. No deposits, no instalments, no monthly invoices.
No. I Am Marketing is not currently GST-registered (we operate below the AU$75,000 turnover threshold), so the price you see is the price you pay. No GST is added at checkout or on invoice. We will register and re-issue this guidance if our turnover crosses the threshold.
If you cancel before submitting your brief and we have not started work: full refund, less Stripe fees. After work starts, the package is non-refundable for delivered work; the unperformed portion is refunded pro-rata at our reasonable discretion. Full detail at /refund-cancellation-policy.
I Am Marketing is a small, senior team. You won't be handed to a junior once the contract is signed. The people you speak to at the start are the people doing the work.
Email and a shared project thread. We don't use Slack, Teams or WhatsApp for client work. It fragments communication and slows things down. Everything in one place means nothing gets lost.
Tell us directly and specifically. We'll work through it. We don't get defensive, but we do push back if we think a direction is wrong for your business. Our job is to get the outcome right, not just to do what we're told.
Yes. Happy to sign a mutual NDA before any sensitive information is shared. Send it over and we'll turn it around within 24 hours.
Unless you specifically ask us not to, yes. We may feature completed work in our portfolio and case studies. We'll always let you know before publishing anything. If you'd prefer to stay off the record, just say so.
Every site package (Quick Site, Growth Site, Authority Build) includes 14 days of post-launch support for bugs and technical issues. After that, support is scoped separately.
