Principle
I Am Marketing's services exist to help businesses do honest, useful work. This policy sets the boundaries of what you can and can't do when interacting with them. Breaking these rules lets I Am Marketing suspend or terminate your access.
This policy applies to anyone using I Am Marketing's website, ChatBot, Ops client portal, Client Hub, AI Engine outputs, Live Session co-browse, or any other I Am Marketing-operated service.
You must NOT use I Am Marketing's services to:
Break the law
- Commit fraud, impersonate others, launder money, or engage in activity illegal under AU, EEA, or US law
- Infringe any third party's intellectual property
- Process personal data in breach of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Australian Privacy Principles, and the Spam Act 2003
- Make claims that breach the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or the AANA Code of Ethics
Harm people
- Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or incite violence
- Target individuals based on protected characteristics
- Exploit minors or vulnerable people
- Engage in unsolicited bulk communications (spam) — including via I Am Marketing-built forms, ChatBot replies, or I Am Marketing email infrastructure
Harm I Am Marketing's systems
- Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls
- Reverse-engineer or extract source from I Am Marketing's systems
- Scrape, bulk-download, or mirror services beyond what's permitted
- Introduce malware or destructive code
- Flood endpoints with traffic (DoS)
- Probe for vulnerabilities without I Am Marketing's written consent
Misuse AI outputs
- Pass AI-generated content off as human-authored in contexts requiring disclosure
- Use I Am Marketing's outputs to generate deceptive content, fake testimonials, fake reviews, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour
- Feed I Am Marketing's outputs into systems that make solely-automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effect on individuals (the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth))
- Produce content that impersonates a specific real person without their verifiable consent
- Produce sensitive-category content (legal advice, medical diagnosis, financial advice, electoral content) without human expert review and disclosure
Abuse I Am Marketing's goodwill
- Transfer your account, licence, or deliverables to a third party without I Am Marketing's written consent
- Resell I Am Marketing's services under a different name without a written reseller agreement
- Misrepresent your relationship with I Am Marketing
Content standards
If you upload, submit, or publish content through I Am Marketing's services, you confirm:
- You own the content or have the necessary licences
- The content is accurate and not misleading
- It does not infringe any third-party right
- It is not unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or inappropriate
- Any personal data has been obtained lawfully
You grant I Am Marketing a limited licence to use the content solely to deliver your requested services.
ChatBot-specific rules
I Am Marketing's ChatBot is an AI assistant. Treat it as a public assistant — do not share passwords, bank details, health information, or other sensitive personal data. Do not attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or manipulate it to produce content contrary to this AUP. Transcripts are retained and reviewed for service operation and security.
Portal + Live Session rules
When using Ops: keep credentials confidential; enable MFA; report unauthorised access; do not access other clients' data.
During a Live Session: audio is recorded and transcribed with consent given at session start; do not discuss information you are not authorised to share; I Am Marketing retains transcripts per the Privacy Notice retention schedule.
Reporting
If you see something that breaches this policy — content, behaviour, or security concern — report it to admin@iammarketing.com.au. Good-faith security reports welcome: email I Am Marketing with steps to reproduce; do not publicly disclose before I Am Marketing has reasonable time to fix.
Enforcement
If I Am Marketing reasonably believes you have breached this AUP, I Am Marketing may: warn, restrict or suspend access, terminate your account or engagement, remove offending content, cooperate with law enforcement, seek to recover losses. Decisions are at I Am Marketing's discretion, proportionate to the breach, and with notice where practical.
Updates
I Am Marketing may update this AUP. The current version is published here. Material changes will be notified to active clients.
