I Am Marketing Pty Ltd — last updated 18 April 2026.
I Am Marketing prices clearly, scopes tightly, and stands behind its work. If something goes wrong because we haven't delivered, we'll put it right — refund, redo, or replace, depending on the situation. We don't offer speculative cancellation refunds once work has genuinely begun.
I Am Marketing sells four fixed-price packages, paid in full at checkout: Homepage Fix (AU$495 / 48 hours), Quick Site (AU$1,490 / 5 days), Growth Site (AU$2,990 / 10 days), Authority Build (AU$5,990 / 15 days). The price you see is the price you pay. No GST is added (we are not GST-registered).
I Am Marketing does not sell retainers, subscriptions, or monthly products. Every engagement is a fixed-price, fixed-scope package paid in full at checkout. If you need ongoing work after a package is delivered, we will scope and quote that separately.
If you buy our services as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded — including that they will be supplied with due care and skill, fit for any disclosed purpose, and provided within a reasonable time.
Most I Am Marketing clients are businesses acquiring services in the course of trade and are not "consumers" under the ACL. There is no general statutory cooling-off period for online B2B services in Australia. Cooling-off rights only apply to specific categories (e.g. unsolicited consumer agreements under the ACL — 10 business days).
I Am Marketing does not hold or manage your advertising budgets. When we run paid campaigns, you pay Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. directly. Those platforms' own refund policies apply to ad spend — I Am Marketing cannot refund platform spend.
If you dispute a I Am Marketing charge via your bank or card issuer ("chargeback"):
If we can't agree on an outcome: raise it in writing with a clear ask; we respond within 7 working days; if unresolved, we both try mediation in good faith (30-day window); if still unresolved, either side may commence proceedings in the courts of Queensland, Australia (see Terms).
Consumers may also refer disputes to the Queensland Office of Fair Trading (qld.gov.au/law/fair-trading) or, where applicable, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (accc.gov.au).
